Our staff will check the returned items at the store.

Return by Shipping｜郵寄歸還
Shipping return is available only for residents in Japan. Please ship all rental items by the next morning with prepaid shipping.
郵寄歸還僅限居住於日本的客人使用。請於隔日上午前，以元払い方式寄出所有租借品。

- Please tell our staff in advance if you would like next-day return.

請於隔日15:00前歸還租借品一式。 - Shipping return is available only for residents in Japan.
郵寄歸還僅限日本在住客人使用。 - For shipping return, the shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
郵寄歸還的運費由客人自行負擔。 - Guests living outside Japan need a cash deposit of ¥5,000 per person for next-day return.
日本國外居住的客人如使用隔日歸還，每人需支付5,000日圓現金保證金。 - The deposit will be refunded after all rental items are checked at the store.
隔日來店歸還並確認租借品無問題後，將退還保證金。 - Additional fees may apply for lost, damaged or heavily stained items.
如有遺失、破損或明顯髒污，可能會產生追加費用。 - Yukata rental is available as scheduled even if the fireworks festival or summer event is cancelled.

A. We recommend the extended return plan until 21:30 or the next-day return plan.

A. Yes. With the next-day return plan, you can return the rental items on July 26, 2026, between 9:00 and 15:00.

Q. Can I pay on the day?

A. No. The Sumida River Fireworks Festival special plan requires advance online payment.

Q. Can I visit without a reservation?

A. Advance reservation is recommended because the festival day will be very crowded. If all slots are full, we may not be able to accept walk-in guests.

Q. Can I leave my clothes or luggage at the store?

A. Small items can be stored at the store. However, suitcases and large luggage cannot be stored. Please keep valuables with you.

Q. Can I cancel if the fireworks festival is cancelled?
Q. 如果煙火大會中止，可以取消預約嗎？
A. Yukata rental is available as scheduled even if the fireworks festival is cancelled. For cancellations made from 2 days before the reservation date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
